FORTRON 1140L4是一種線性、半結晶、阻燃聚苯硫醚（PPS）級，由40%玻璃纖維增強。具有高強度、高韌性和良好的焊接性。與其他材料相比，對氣體、碳氫化合物和其他液體是相對不可滲透的。提供高尺寸穩定性、低摩擦系數、低收縮、良好的機械性能、在高溫下的抗蠕變性、高連續使用溫度（160°C至240°C）和極低的吸濕性。在高溫下提供高硬度和剛度，從而實現良好的承載性能。表現出良好的電氣性能和良好的抗腐蝕性、水解性、抗氧化性、耐熱性和防結蠟性。在高溫下對200°C以下的所有溶劑、酸、堿、典型和替代汽車燃料以及石油流體都表現出良好的耐化學性�？梢酝ㄟ^注射成型進行加工。適用于無鉛焊接和金屬更換應用。用于電氣/電子部件，如線軸、燈罩、電刷架和其他需要強度和抗腐蝕性化學品的部件，如汽車加熱器、泵、閥門、燃料導軌、微波爐環和蒸餾柱填料。符合RoHS、PFOS和PFOA法規。

FORTRON 1140L4 is a linear, semicrystalline, flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. Possesses high strength, toughness and good weldability. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness and rigidity at elevated temperatures allowing good load bearing performance. Exhibits good electrical properties and excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Used in electrical/electronic components such as bobbins, lamp housings, brush holders and other components requiring strength and resistance to aggressive chemicals such as automotive heaters, pumps, valves, fuel rails, microwave oven rings and distillation column packings. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations.
